• excellent demoreel
• eye for color and lighting
• skills including keying, roto, tracking, and paint
• perfect green and blue screen matte extractions
• knowledge of combining multiple key setup
• color space knowledge
• knowledge of compositing different render passes
• seamless integration of 3d elements with live action
• meet deadline
• project is in a high stress fast paced production environment
• proactive attitude with Supervisors, Tds and Production staff
• leadership skills
• communication with Supervisor and production m staff very important
• execute changes speedily and final shots and meet production schedules
Matchmovers
Skills and Requirements
• camera tracking
• object-matching
• understanding of 3d perspective transformation
• manual tracking
• good 3d software skills
• understanding of 3D principles: rotation, translation, scale, gimbal lock
• understanding of lenses, distortion, parallax, camera projection, overscan, cornerpins
• communication with Supervisor and production m staff very important
• execute changes speedily and final shots and meet production schedules
Roto and Paint Artists
Skills and Requirements
• experience doing high-level, complex articulated matte rotoscoping
• rig/wire removal
• excellent paint skills are important
• 2d tracking
• understanding of grain matching
• plate reconstruction
• knowledge of 3d tracking
• communication with Supervisor and production m staff very important
• execute changes speedily and final shots and meet production schedules
