Guru Studio’s dedicated team is passionate about bringing inspired character driven stories to screens around the world.
Our award winning and internationally renowned Toronto animated entertainment company is looking for Production Coordinators who are responsible for supporting the producer and production manager with various aspects of 2D/3D productions. This role reports directly to the Line Producer, President and Vice President.
Responsibilities:
Take animation notes + enter into shotgun
Circulate notes to proper people, follow up with departments Distribute and help track retake notes
Take layout notes + enter into shotgun
Taking notes on conference calls
Filing scripts & script notes
Doing script breakdowns and updating an asset count for the series Assisting with the casting process (filing audio files, producer notes) Filing design funpack assets & distributing them to storyboard artists
Qualifications:
A highly organized team player with excellent communication skills
Minimum 1-2 years experience in animation production
Experience with voice records, Photoshop, note taking and tracking software
