Job Opportunity: Rigger

We are looking for a character rigger to work in house to supplement our small team working on a number of projects including short films and television segments in a variety of styles.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong rigging skills and can build, rig and test characters in Toonboom Harmony efficiently. We are looking for experienced riggers who are also strong technical problem solvers. The ability to troubleshoot general technical issues within Harmony is a strong bonus. Any interest or experience in other areas of production is a plus, particularly animation, character design or layout.

Software Knowledge Required:
- Toonboom Harmony (Harmony Rigging)
- Photoshop
- Adobe After Effects is a plus
Required skills:
- Switch between projects and art styles frequently
- Some animation experience, or ability to think in “animator friendly” terms when rigging
- Strong technical problem solver
- Strong communication skills in discussing rigging requirements with design and animation teams
- Work independently, and in a team environment when needed
- Able to take direction from supervisors
- Able to meet deadlines
