2D Flash Character Posing Artist
Fresh TV and Elliott Animation, a Toronto-based artist-driven entertainment company, is looking for a 2D Flash character posing artist to join the team of a world-class animated television series.
Start Date:
ASAP November 2021 – through to Feb 2023
Successful applicants will have experience in character posing, ideally with a background in character design. Knowledge of Flash is a must. Your first round of the interview process is to participate in a quick posing test with a week turnaround.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3+ Years of experience in a studio environment
- Advanced knowledge of Flash
- Communicate and collaborate with your Supervisor to find the best solution for complex scenes
- Completing assignments and revisions in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Has strong drawing skills
- Has production experience in flash character animation
- Strong understanding of traditional 2D animation principles
- Appreciation for accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver work on a set schedule
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take direction, and work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude
