Storyboard Artist (Remote – Freelance)
We are looking for storyboard artists to help us out with an award-winning CG series for an international client. Residency is not an issue, and you can be from any province, working remotely with Storyboard Pro.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Collaborate with the Canadian Storyboard Supervisor to create high-quality, dynamic storyboards
Bring your sense of humour and acting ability into the show in order to make an entertaining picture in which each panel has the potential to put a smile on the viewer’s face.
Consult with Canadian Storyboard Supervisor to deliver a final storyboard, and make revisions as needed
Communicate ideas effectively and recommend solutions to help interpret the script visually
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
2-3 years’ experience as a Storyboard Artist on an animated series (3D series storyboard experience is an asset)
Ability to work digitally (Storyboard Pro)
Strong drawing skills and sense of design, character and composition
Extremely strong sense of acting, posing, and timing
Strong work ethic and ability to effectively to meet deadlines
Strong problem solving skills
