Alchemy is looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead and inspire our creative team and oversee all stages of production. Responsible for the visual style and quality of work created by Alchemy, the Creative Director will ensure art direction fits the overall project’s goals, and will lead a team of artists to realize the project’s vision. The Creative Director must also be committed to deadlines, delivering high quality art on time and on budget.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with great communication skills and problem solving abilities. Solid background in design a must. Deep understanding of several 2D and 3D software packages is a must. Experience shooting live action is a definite edge.
