CG Compositor
Hatch Studios Ltd. is seeking a CG compositor for contract and / or fulltime positions. The compositor is responsible for combining live action and computer generated elements together from a variety of sources into shots that realize the vision and creative direction of the client and director. The applicant should possess a strong understanding of color, lighting, shadow and composition. The key responsibilities include photorealistic CGI integration into live action plates, tracking, keying, rotoscoping, color grading, post optical effects, and digital matte painting. The ability to deal with design, graphic and typographical elements is an asset. The compositor will work closely with the lighting and rendering artist.
While our current pipeline is based on Combustion and After Effects, this is not a requirement. The applicant must be able to work in-studio in Toronto, Canada. If you cannot work in-studio, please do not apply.

Junior Design Assistant
We’re looking for someone who has creativity, technical ability and the collaborative nature to help us create beautiful motion graphics.
You must have good organizational skills and work well in a hands-on environment.
Attention to detail is a necessity to deal with our fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Candidates should have a complete understanding of After Effects and Premiere, as well as Photoshop and Illustrator.
